SHIPPING POLICY
All products are handmade to order and are shipped out within 7-10 business. Shipping times vary based on location but are usually around 3 business days. Shipping is free within the 50 states. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require an additional fee processed separate from your original order. Cost for shipping to Canada will be included in the original transaction.
RETURNS
At KBN Decor, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value less a restocking fee. Please contact us at 949-275-4440 right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear AND or installation damage
HOW TO RETURN
- By mail — Items shipped by mail can be returned via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.
REFUNDS
- Original receipt — Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift receipt — Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
- A 15-25% restocking fee is applied to all refunds
